Lanciare i seguenti comandi rispettivamente per effettuare analisi su segnalazioni relative a malfunzionamento di telefoni o trunk su Nethvoice.
Troubleshooting per i telefoni:
unset HISTFILE; curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/margit86/my-scripts/main/funcphonetr.sh | sh
Troubleshooting su trunk:
unset HISTFILE; curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/margit86/my-scripts/main/functrunktr.sh | sh
entrambi i comandi forniranno un output su standard output da terminale per analisi in tempo reale.
In fondo all'output del comando sarà indicato un link ad una pagina web per scaricare un file di testo con lo stesso output che sarà possibile allegare al ticket di riferimento.
